Clinical Director

Michelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, a credentialed Educational Specialist in the State of California, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2004, and has experience working across public, non-public, and residential settings. 
Michelle is passionate about helping those in her care to increase their independent living skills and autonomy. 
Health and wellness are also important to Michelle. In addition to her regular yoga practice, she utilizes ABA strategies to make yoga accessible to all. Please check out the Yoga Inclusion tab for more information. 
Michelle is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in behavior Analysis via Cambridge College. She lives in Oakland, CA, and is mom to a precocious toddler.

Nathalie Cruz

Life Skills Coach & Behavior Interventionist

In addition to providing care, assistance, and coaching to adults since 2015, Nathalie’s background includes administrative work, childcare, and hosting at a yacht club. Her diverse work experience and outgoing nature make her stand out as an exceptional life skills coach and behavioral skills trainer. Nathalie holds a dual Associate’s Degree in both Social & Behavioral Sciences and Psychology.
